Finding laundry products that work when you have very sensitive skin is impossibly irritating, so when we formulated our brilliant non-bio into a capsule that was free from perfume, enzymes and colour, we knew it was going to be popular. We also knew we didn’t want people to have to pay a premium for the privilege.
But production and launch was expensive.
There was no getting around the fact that our fragrance-free option was costly; made in smaller batches, we just couldn’t produce and supply at the same price as our standard bio and non-bio.
However, we were determined to price match as soon as we could.
And once they were fully established, we negotiated lower prices with suppliers and finally our fragrance-free packs became the same price as our other laundry capsules.
